Frozen Misoyaki Gindara
HOW TO COOK:
1. Put the marinated Frozen Gindara fish in the refrigerator and let it thaw.
2. Once its thawed, set the oven/air fryer temperature to 170-180°c.
3. Bake/Air fry the the marinated Gindara fish at least 10-12 minutes
4. Alternatively, Frozen marinated Gindara can be cooked without thawing by adding at least 10 minutes to the cooking time
5.Best served with a hot bowl of rice or veggies.
