Wagyu Burger
Wagyu Burger
1) Heat a small amount of oil in a skillet to medium-high heat.
2) Place each wagyu burgers into the skillet. Season with a sprinkle of salt and ground black pepper
3) Cook the wagyu burgers for 3-4 minutes each side (at 160°C desired temperature).
4) Do not move or flip burgers until the bottom forms a caramelized brown crust.
5) Remove wagyu burgers from skillet or grill and serve with toppings of choice.
